Who sponsors

Built for the companies that serve this industry

  • Software and tech for speakers: booking, CRM, scheduling, content and video tools.
  • Software and tech for event organisers: event tech, ticketing, registration, AV and production.
  • Other businesses that serve speakers and the people who book them.
Why sponsor

Buyers and speakers in one room

  • Event organisers and direct bookers (corporate and association event buyers) attend on a paid organiser ticket.
  • Speakers at every stage, from emerging to draw cards, plus speaking coaches.
  • Around 250 people (planned capacity).
  • A value-led sponsor speaking slot is available.
  • A technology showcase where organisers look at tools to help them run and structure their events.
The one rule

Non-pitch, sponsors included

Sponsor talks teach something useful, with no offers, no “book a demo” and no sales pitch from the stage. In the technology showcase, show organisers how your tool solves a real problem. The room trusts sponsors who teach.
