The Future of Speaking
WEBSITE TERMS & MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
Effective 29 September 2026
Powered by Brimbravo Private Representation
1. Agreement
These Terms apply to futureofspeaking.com, thefutureofspeaking.com, the member platform, the private member community and any related membership product operated under The Future of Speaking brand.
The Future of Speaking is operated by BrimbleCorp Pty Ltd, trading as Brimbravo, ACN 637 082 323, ABN 34 637 082 323, of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BrimbleCorp Pty Ltd. “You” and “member” refer to the person purchasing or using the membership.
By purchasing a membership, creating an account or using member-only content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and one-person membership
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older who have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, each membership is for one named individual. A business may pay for a membership on behalf of an individual, but the login, member resources and community access are for that nominated person only. Team or multi-user access may be offered separately.
3. What The Future of Speaking is
The Future of Speaking is a commercial pipeline and market-intelligence membership for speakers, experts, authors, executives and other professionals.
It is designed to help members get closer to the market through practical resources such as:
- speaking opportunities and active calls for speakers;
- podcast opportunity data and research resources;
- speaker one-pager templates, positioning resources, outreach and follow-up tools;
- commercial content around fees, negotiation, expenses, opportunity value, drawcard value and desired outcomes;
- market intelligence based on research, buyer conversations, commercial relationships and wider industry activity;
- a moderated private member community; and
- new resources, podcasts, opportunities and intelligence added as the platform develops.
This is not a certification scheme, professional accreditation body, employment service or guarantee of paid work.
4. Core Membership
“Core Membership” means the standard Future of Speaking member experience we operate from time to time. While the Core Membership program and community continue to operate, the core categories are opportunity intelligence, podcast resources, commercial resources and templates, market intelligence, and the member community, or reasonably equivalent replacements.
Core Membership does not include separately priced products or services, including:
- Speaker Pipeline Audits, private reviews or one-to-one calls;
- private representation by Brimbravo;
- consulting, bespoke strategy, custom research or outreach performed for you;
- premium programs, separately ticketed events, workshops, masterminds or future premium tiers;
- third-party products, tools, subscriptions, events or services, whether suggested, linked, promoted or recommended by us;
- affiliate or partner offers; or
- any other product or service that is separately priced or expressly excluded from Core Membership.
We may improve, reorganise, replace or retire individual resources, technologies and features as the platform develops. We will not use that right to remove the essential substance of a paid Core Membership during a paid term or to defeat an express Founding Lifetime price-protection promise.
5. Founding Annual Membership
The Founding Annual launch offer is limited to 100 memberships at USD $97 for the entire first 12 months. It is not USD $97 per month.
Founding Annual status gives you the launch price for the first 12-month membership period. It does not create equity, ownership, voting rights or a permanent price lock.
Founding Annual Membership is an annual subscription and will automatically renew every 12 months unless you cancel before the next renewal is processed. The recurring nature of the membership will be clearly disclosed at checkout.
Before renewal, we will send a reminder to the email address on your account showing the renewal date and the then-current renewal price. If the renewal price is different from the amount you previously paid, that changed price will be disclosed before the renewal charge is processed.
You may cancel future renewal through any account cancellation method we make available or by contacting Team@brimbravo.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not ordinarily end access to the period already paid for.
After the 100 Founding Annual places are allocated, we may continue to offer standard annual, monthly or other memberships at different prices and on different terms.
6. Founding Lifetime Membership
The Founding Lifetime launch offer is limited to 25 memberships at USD $497 as a one-time payment. No more than 25 memberships will be sold under this Founding Lifetime launch offer.
A Founding Lifetime Member will not pay another Core Membership fee for as long as The Future of Speaking continues to operate the Core Membership program and member community.
For clarity, “lifetime” refers to the operating life of The Future of Speaking Core Membership program and community, not the lifetime of the individual member.
Founding Lifetime Membership gives access only to the Core Membership. It does not entitle the member to any upsell, audit, private representation, consulting, coaching, bespoke service, premium program, workshop, event, future product, affiliate or partner offer, third-party product or service, or any other separately priced product or service.
The fact that a product or service is promoted, recommended, discussed, linked to or made available through The Future of Speaking does not make that product or service part of Core Membership unless we expressly state in writing that it is included.
Founding Lifetime Membership is personal, non-transferable and cannot be resold, assigned or shared by the member.
If The Future of Speaking permanently stops operating the Core Membership program and member community, lifetime access ends when that core program and community end. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate indefinitely. Any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
If the Core Membership is migrated to different technology, restructured within the Brimbravo group, transferred with the business or operated by a successor while substantially continuing the same core program and community, the Founding Lifetime Core Membership right will continue with that successor program.
7. Pricing, currency, GST and payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in US dollars.
For Australian consumers, any advertised consumer price will include GST where GST is applicable. Any other unavoidable tax or mandatory fee that we are required to collect will be included in, or clearly disclosed as part of, the total price before you complete payment.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate, international transaction fee or other charge. Those charges are imposed by your provider and are outside our control.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You must provide accurate billing information and have authority to use the selected payment method.
8. Cancellation, refunds and change of mind
You may cancel future renewal of an Annual Membership at any time before the next renewal is processed. Cancellation does not ordinarily create a pro-rata refund for a period already paid for.
We do not offer a general change-of-mind refund simply because you did not use the membership, changed direction, did not pursue an opportunity or did not achieve the result you hoped for.
This clause does not limit any refund, cancellation or other remedy you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If our service fails to meet a consumer guarantee that applies to you, the remedy available will depend on the nature and seriousness of the failure. Contact Team@brimbravo.com and we will assess the issue in accordance with applicable law.
10. Opportunity listings and calls for speakers
Speaking opportunities and calls for speakers are provided as opportunity intelligence. They are not endorsements, guarantees or promises that an organiser will accept, book or pay you.
Where possible, we may describe an opportunity as paid, unpaid, trade or pay-to-play. That description is based on the information reasonably available to us at the time and may change.
You are responsible for independently verifying the organiser, deadline, eligibility, fees, travel, accommodation, commercial terms, safety and suitability before applying, paying money or entering an agreement.
A pay-to-play label is a disclosure, not a recommendation to purchase the opportunity. We may remove or update listings at any time if information changes or concerns arise.
11. Podcast database and outreach
Podcast information may be compiled from public sources, research, commercial networks, member contributions and other lawful sources. Shows, hosts, websites, submission methods and contact details can change.
You are responsible for checking current information before outreach. The inclusion of an email address, contact method or other information in the database does not mean that the person has consented to receive a commercial message from you.
You are responsible for complying with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), privacy laws, platform rules and any other marketing or communications law that applies to your outreach or to the recipient.
You must not use the database for unlawful spam, harassment, scraping or bulk messaging. We do not guarantee that any podcast will respond, accept you as a guest or publish an episode.
12. Commercial intelligence and education
We may share practical content based on our experience in representation, negotiation and commercial partnerships, including how to value an opportunity, move from unpaid to paid work, ask for travel or expenses, increase perceived value, build drawcard value, negotiate terms and determine the outcome you want from an engagement.
This content is general commercial information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice.
Market conditions change. You remain responsible for your own pricing, negotiations, positioning, outreach, contracts and commercial decisions.
We may share aggregated, anonymised or non-confidential observations from our wider commercial network. Membership does not give you a right to confidential information belonging to Brimbravo, a client, buyer, partner or third party.
13. Ongoing platform development
We intend to keep building The Future of Speaking throughout the year, with new opportunities, podcasts, resources, intelligence and community value added over time. The mix, quantity and timing of additions will vary according to what is useful and commercially relevant.
A reference in marketing to adding value “every month” means that we intend to continue actively developing the platform month by month. It does not mean that every category of resource will receive a new item in every calendar month.
14. No guarantee of results
The Future of Speaking is designed to give you more to work with. It does not guarantee speaking engagements, podcast appearances, fees, revenue, sponsorship, employment, representation or any other commercial outcome.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including your experience, positioning, market fit, pricing, responsiveness, follow-up, execution, geography, availability and buyer demand.
15. Brimbravo representation
Membership does not constitute representation by Brimbravo.
Brimbravo is a private representation firm and accepts clients selectively based on strategic and commercial fit. Membership, participation in the community, visibility within the platform or purchase of an audit does not create any obligation on Brimbravo to offer representation.
We may identify members who stand out, build momentum or appear commercially aligned with our representation model and choose to start a separate conversation. Any representation arrangement requires its own written agreement.
16. Speaker Pipeline Audit and other paid services
The Speaker Pipeline Audit and any other separately priced service are outside Core Membership unless we expressly state otherwise.
An audit may include a review of your positioning, topics, one-pager or other assets, market approach, opportunity channels and pipeline, together with a private strategy call. The exact inclusions and price displayed at purchase form part of the service description.
An audit is a focused commercial review. It is not ongoing coaching and does not guarantee representation, bookings or revenue.
Any booking, rescheduling or no-show conditions shown at purchase or in the booking confirmation also apply, subject to applicable law.
17. Private member community
The Future of Speaking community is an active-member space designed for practical commercial discussion, opportunity sharing and industry intelligence. It is moderated by us.
You must not:
- harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse another person;
- spam the group or repeatedly self-promote without contributing value;
- post unlawful, defamatory, deceptive or infringing content;
- share another person’s confidential information without authority;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-export member information;
- misrepresent your identity, credentials, commercial results or affiliations; or
- use the group to run scams, deceptive offers or unlawful solicitations.
We may remove content, moderate participation, suspend access or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches. We may act immediately where reasonably necessary to protect members, security, the platform or third parties.
Community access ends when your Core Membership ends. Founding Lifetime Members retain community access only while the community remains part of the operating Core Membership program.
Do not post information you cannot safely disclose. We cannot guarantee that another member will keep something confidential simply because it was posted in a private group.
18. Intellectual property and member-resource licence
The Future of Speaking and Brimbravo branding, original reports, databases, templates, videos, written content, commercial frameworks and other original materials are owned by us or used under licence.
While you have active access, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access member content and use it in your own speaking, expert or professional business. You may customise templates for your own use.
If you create a completed or materially customised document, one-pager, outreach asset or other output using a member template while your membership is active, you may continue using that completed output in your own business after membership ends. Your right to access, copy or download the original source template, database or member library ends with membership.
You must not:
- resell, sublicense, redistribute or republish our databases, reports, source templates or resources as your own product;
- share login credentials or systematically provide non-members with member-only content;
- copy, scrape or export substantial parts of the opportunity or podcast database for resale, redistribution or a competing service;
- remove ownership, copyright or trade mark notices; or
- use automated extraction tools without our written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
19. Content and opportunities you contribute
You keep ownership of original content you submit or post, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
By submitting content, an opportunity, resource or other information to the member platform or community, you confirm that you have the right to share it and give us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, edit for clarity, categorise, index and redistribute it within the Future of Speaking member platform and community as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service.
We will not use your identifiable testimonial, image, story or community post in public marketing without permission unless you clearly submitted it for that purpose.
20. Account security and payment failure
Your account is for you. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.
Tell us promptly at Team@brimbravo.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may temporarily restrict access where a payment is reversed, fails, is disputed or appears fraudulent while the issue is investigated. This does not prevent you from making a legitimate chargeback or exercising any legal right.
21. Marketing and service communications
We may send service messages reasonably necessary to operate your membership, including payment receipts, renewal notices, account access, security notices, important platform changes and support communications.
Membership acceptance does not by itself give us unlimited consent to send optional marketing communications. Where consent is required, we will obtain it in accordance with applicable law. Commercial electronic messages will identify the sender and include a lawful unsubscribe method.
You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary service messages about an active account or transaction.
22. Third-party products, recommendations and affiliate links
We may discuss, link to, recommend or promote third-party products, platforms, events or services. Those products and services are not included in Core Membership unless we expressly state otherwise.
If a recommendation uses an affiliate or referral arrangement, we may receive a commission or other benefit if you purchase through the link. Where disclosure is required, we will disclose the commercial relationship.
Any purchase from a third party is between you and that third party and is subject to that provider’s terms, pricing, refund policy and privacy practices.
23. Third-party platforms and links
The service may rely on third-party systems such as WordPress, MemberPress, payment processors, Calendly, Zoom, Facebook, email providers, hosting providers and external event or podcast websites.
Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their independent conduct, outages, security or agreements with you.
If a third-party platform becomes unavailable or unsuitable, we may replace it with a reasonably comparable method of delivery.
24. Platform availability
We do not promise that every feature or resource will remain unchanged forever or that access will be uninterrupted at all times. Maintenance, technical incidents and third-party outages can occur.
We may change the platform structure, technology or delivery method where reasonably necessary, provided we do not use those changes to unfairly remove the essential substance of a paid Core Membership or an express price-protection right.
25. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, commit fraud, misuse payment systems, infringe intellectual property, unlawfully scrape or redistribute data, create a security risk or engage in serious or repeated community misconduct.
We will act proportionately. Where appropriate, we may give you a chance to fix a breach before terminating access. Immediate action may be taken for fraud, safety, security or serious misconduct.
Where access is terminated because of your serious material breach, you are not entitled to a change-of-mind refund for the remaining membership period, subject always to any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
26. Liability and third-party outcomes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a third-party organiser’s decision, a podcast host’s decision, a buyer’s conduct, a change to an external opportunity, or a member’s own commercial decision.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
27. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the platform, law, technology or business model changes.
If a change materially affects a paid member’s rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email or through the member account where practicable. We will not retrospectively remove an express Founding Lifetime Core Membership price-protection right except where required by law.
The current version will be published on the website with its effective date.
28. Notices and account details
You are responsible for keeping the email address and account details linked to your membership current.
We may send renewal notices, price-change notices, material Terms updates and other membership notices to the email address recorded on your account. A notice is treated as sent when it is dispatched to that address, subject to any mandatory legal requirement that applies.
30. Complaints and disputes
If something is wrong, contact Team@brimbravo.com first. We would rather deal with the issue directly and commercially.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a right under applicable consumer law or contacting a relevant regulator or consumer protection body.
31. Governing law and international members
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws, subject to any mandatory law or consumer right that applies to you elsewhere.
Where an Australian court or tribunal has jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in Queensland, subject to any right that cannot lawfully be restricted.
If you access or purchase the service from outside Australia, you are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, and nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your jurisdiction.
32. Business changes and assignment
We may restructure, transfer or assign the operation of The Future of Speaking to another entity as part of a genuine business reorganisation, sale or succession. We will not use an assignment to materially reduce an existing paid member’s substantive Core Membership rights.
A Founding Lifetime Core Membership right will continue with a successor that substantially continues to operate the Future of Speaking Core Membership program and community.
33. General
Membership does not create a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, fiduciary relationship or agency between you and us. You are not authorised to represent that you act for Brimbravo or The Future of Speaking unless we separately agree in writing.
If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.
A failure or delay by us to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
