Use this page if you want to access, correct, delete or otherwise exercise rights over personal information held by The Future of Speaking / Brimbravo.
Australia
Where the Australian Privacy Act applies, you may request access to personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. You may also complain about our handling of personal information.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom
Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have the following rights, subject to the conditions and exceptions in the applicable law:
- the right to be informed about how your personal data is used;
- the right of access to personal data we hold about you;
- the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- the right to request erasure in circumstances where the law permits it;
- the right to restrict processing in certain circumstances;
- the right to data portability where the legal requirements are met;
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- the absolute right to object to processing for direct marketing;
- the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent; and
- rights relating to solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, where applicable.
Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we generally respond to valid rights requests without undue delay and ordinarily within one month. The law allows extensions in some complex cases. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.
How to make a request
Email Team@brimbravo.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. Tell us what you are asking us to do and the email address connected to your account. Please do not email copies of identity documents unless we specifically ask for them.
We normally do not charge for exercising privacy rights. Applicable law may permit a reasonable fee or refusal where a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive.
Complaints
We would prefer to resolve privacy concerns directly. Contact Team@brimbravo.com first.
Australian users may also have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. EEA users may lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in the country where they live, work or believe an infringement occurred. UK users may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Direct marketing objection
If you object to direct marketing or unsubscribe from marketing, we will stop using your personal information for that marketing purpose. We may keep limited suppression information so that we do not accidentally add you back to a marketing list.

Practical resources, opportunity intelligence and a clearer path to the right buyers.
